About the Role

Cipher | سايڤر, a cybersecurity solutions provider based in Riyadh, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist. This role is crucial for supporting the sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and providing analytical insights to drive revenue growth. The Sales Operations Specialist will act as a key support function, ensuring smooth sales operations and enabling the sales team to focus on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and developing reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Support sales forecasting and territory planning based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the sales technology stack, including implementation, integration, and training.
  • Streamline the quote-to-cash process and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
  • Create and document standardized sales processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (*, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales technology tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Experience with sales compensation planning.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
