Role Overview

Tahaluf is seeking a Sales Ops Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract-based, limited-time freelance role, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Sales Operations Executive supports a business unit sales team that operates across various regions, multiple brands (products/events), and customer segments. This role is integral to a new, pivotal function within the business, providing structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis, reporting, and information entry assistance to Sales teams. The Sales Operations Executive reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• CRM Management: Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts. Provide forms (text) for sales, stand upsells, promotional opportunities, and catalogues. Manage stand sharing forms for online customer tools and contract creation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce business processes for sales teams.
• Sales Administration Support: Assist with administrative activities for pipeline data preparation and event floor plan queries and actionable tasks. Act as a key liaison with Billings, Credit Control, Customer Service Team, Operations, and other functions to hand over contracted customers for post-sale customer processes.
• Data Management & Reporting: Assist in the management of data quality, accuracy, and consistency for the business unit. Support specific business unit reporting or analysis requirements.
• Cross-functional Support: Assist Exhibitor Marketing, Event Operations, and Customer Service teams with data list pull requests and reporting needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educated to Degree Level.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.

Desired skills include:

• Previous experience in the B2B / B2C events industry.
• Experience with Expocad, A2Z, or similar floor planning tools.
