WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Security Consultant, Security Risk Management, to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves contributing to the delivery of comprehensive security design and advisory services for various projects across the region, focusing on protecting people, assets, and operations.

The Security Risk Management Team

Our Security Risk Management team provides specialized design and advisory services. The team's expertise includes conducting Security Threat and Risk Assessments, developing Project Security Briefs, and formulating tailored Security Strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on landmark developments and critical infrastructure projects, influencing how security integrates into built environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and execute security risk assessments, strategic design work, and audits of existing facilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure security integration within complex built environment projects.
• Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, participating in client meetings, and converting leads into project successes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Security Consultant position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in security risk management or a related field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to lead projects and engage with clients and stakeholders effectively in a professional services environment.
