The Opportunity: Senior SEO AI Search & Digital Performance Specialist

Reso is seeking an experienced Senior SEO AI Search & Digital Performance Specialist for a full-time, short-term client-facing consulting assignment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), AI content readiness, AI search performance, and digital content performance analysis. The specialist will apply technical and analytical expertise to assess website discoverability, evaluate digital content access and representation across traditional and AI-powered search platforms, and identify opportunities to improve visibility, accuracy, and overall content performance. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret website assessments covering technical SEO, AI search readiness and visibility, and digital content performance.
• Evaluate factors affecting website discoverability, content accessibility, AI-generated responses, and overall search performance.
• Analyze assessment results, identify technical and content-related gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Lead and participate in technical meetings with client stakeholders to explain assessment findings, discuss identified issues, and recommend improvements.
• Respond to technical queries and provide expert guidance on SEO, AI search readiness, and digital content optimization.
• Follow up on identified issues, track improvement actions, and document progress and resolutions.
• Review existing assessment methodologies, performance indicators, data sources, and analytical outputs to identify areas for improvement.
• Assess current processes and capabilities, identifying technical and operational requirements for future assessment activities.
• Prepare structured documentation covering the current state, identified gaps, technical requirements, and improvement priorities.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through technical guidance, documentation, and working sessions with client teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in SEO, AI search readiness, and digital content performance analysis.
• Demonstrated technical and analytical expertise in assessing website discoverability and content performance.
• Experience with stakeholder management and translating complex findings into actionable improvements.
• Ability to interpret assessment findings and provide practical recommendations.
