The Role of Senior Solution Analyst Banking

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Analyst Banking for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong experience in the banking domain, payment systems, and core banking platforms. The Senior Solution Analyst will be embedded within a banking IT delivery environment, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and supporting solution design, integration, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and break them down into solution components.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including System Requirement Documents (SRDs).
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions.
• Ensure domain alignment across payment systems and core banking platforms.
• Support solution design, integration, and testing phases with clear, structured documentation.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business-IT alignment.
• Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Provide implementation support and maintain up-to-date solution documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• 5-10 years of demonstrated experience, with a preference for experience in Saudi Arabia's banking sector.
• Hands-on experience with BRD analysis, functional and technical specifications, Low-Level Design (LLD), APIs, and integrations across payment and core banking systems.
• Understanding of banking business portfolios and product structures.
• Awareness of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.

• Ability to work across technical aspects including APIs, system integrations, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting integration and testing phases.
• Strong requirement gathering and functional analysis skills.
