About the Role

Cander is seeking a Solution Analyst for a 12-month contract engagement. This onsite position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on supporting banking solutions through detailed analysis and technical specification development.

Role Overview

The Solution Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the banking sector. This involves translating complex business requirements into actionable specifications and contributing to the design and validation of low-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze business requirement documents and decompose requirements into viable solutions.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of low-level designs.
• Provide support for solution design, integrations, testing, and implementation phases.
• Work with APIs, system architecture, payment systems, and core banking platforms.
• Prepare clear documentation and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar solution analyst role, preferably within the banking sector.

Work Environment

This is an onsite contract position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring full-time presence at the client site for the duration of the 12-month engagement.
