The Role of Senior Specialist, Compliance and Governance

Riyadh Cables Group is seeking a Senior Specialist, Compliance and Governance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the company's compliance and corporate governance framework. The specialist will contribute to ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls, particularly as a public joint-stock company listed on Tadawul and regulated by the CMA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Compliance and Corporate Governance framework.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Support various governance activities across the organization.
• Identify compliance gaps and propose solutions.
• Prepare reports and recommendations aimed at strengthening the company’s compliance and governance practices.
• Ensure the company meets its obligations as a public joint-stock company listed on Tadawul and regulated by the CMA, in line with CMA Corporate Governance Regulations and leading control frameworks such as the COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in compliance and governance roles.
• Demonstrated understanding of corporate governance regulations, particularly those applicable to public joint-stock companies listed on Tadawul and regulated by the CMA.
• Familiarity with control frameworks such as the COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework.
