Role Overview
Ma'aden is seeking a Senior Specialist, Future Leaders Program Operations to design, manage, and continuously improve the company's internship programs. This role is central to building a strong national and future talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring alignment with workforce planning, Saudization objectives, and long-term business needs. The Senior Specialist will ensure that internships deliver meaningful development outcomes for participants while creating measurable value for Ma'aden.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Ma'aden's internship strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth plans and future skill requirements.
- Translate workforce planning insights into targeted internship pipelines.
- Support Saudization and national talent development objectives through program design and implementation.
- Design and maintain comprehensive internship policies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant labor laws, institutional requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Standardize processes for intern onboarding, learning plans, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all internship and early-career programs within the organization.
- Guide and support internship coordinators and business supervisors involved in program delivery.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as intake, completion rates, conversion to employment, performance outcomes, and satisfaction scores.
- Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to HR leadership based on program performance.
- Support internal audits, reviews, and contribute to strategic workforce reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent development, early careers programs, or workforce planning.
- Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale internship or graduate programs.
- Experience in heavy industry, mining, energy, or large national organizations is considered an advantage.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
