RSG operates in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is seeking a Senior Specialist for Insurance Management.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Insurance Management, will implement group-wide insurance and risk-transfer programs. This role is responsible for securing comprehensive and cost-effective protection for RSG's assets, projects, operations, and liabilities. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the group insurance framework for construction, operational, and corporate risks.
• Implement the placement, negotiation, renewal, and optimization of insurance coverage.
• Implement relationships with brokers, insurers, loss-adjusters, and valuation professionals.
• Implement insurance requirements for contracts, projects, financing, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Implement claims processes from notification through assessment, recovery, and closure.
• Implement insured values, exposures, counterparty compliance, and lender requirements.
• Implement insurance budgets, premium allocations, recharges, and total cost of risk.
• Implement monitoring of insurance performance, claims trends, coverage adequacy, and emerging risks.

Self-Management and Professional Conduct

• Execute agreed objectives by planning assigned work, tracking progress, and updating the reporting manager on achievements and risks.
• Maintain a development plan and build required technical and behavioral capabilities.
• Apply feedback to improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of assigned work.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant professional standards, systems, and industry practices.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate accountability, comply with RSG policies, and escalate issues promptly.

Experience and Location

This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
