About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is developing a new destination city near Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, featuring diverse masterplan districts across sports, entertainment, arts, culture, residential communities, and nature. The Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (PLU) within Qiddiya is responsible for establishing best practice sales and leasing standards. This unit includes the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL), a digital-first learning academy focused on developing commercial capabilities within the Sales and Leasing function. This full-time role for a Senior Specialist, Training Administration, is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Training Administration, reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Systems, and serves as the operational backbone for the learning platform. This role ensures accurate learner configuration, content publishing and maintenance, training schedule coordination, and timely data reporting through dashboards. It is a highly organized, detail-oriented platform management position requiring strong knowledge of LMS/LXP administration, digital content authoring, data management, and learner coordination. The specialist will collaborate with other QREL teams to ensure platform efficiency, a seamless learner experience, and provide operational data for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Qiddiya's LMS/LXP, managing learner accounts, user provisioning, role assignment, and access across learning programs.
  • Process new learner onboarding requests, ensuring accurate data entry and timely account activation.
  • Manage learner enrollments, unenrollments, and transfers, maintaining an accurate learner register.
  • Configure and maintain smart groups, learning paths, and auto-enrollment rules.
  • Administer completion certificates and badge awards, ensuring gamification mechanics function correctly.
  • Troubleshoot learner access issues, SCORM loading errors, and platform navigation problems.
  • Coordinate and manage the QREL training calendar, scheduling live sessions, workshops, and assessment windows.
  • Send calendar invitations and pre-session communications to learners and facilitators.
  • Track attendance and participation for all training events.
  • Author, build, and publish learning content within Qiddiya's LMS/LXP using native authoring tools.
  • Apply and maintain the QREL metadata taxonomy across all published content.
  • Manage content version control and conduct regular content audits.
  • Build, maintain, and update QREL learning dashboards in LMS/LXP Insights and Power BI.
  • Produce regular operational reports on learner completion rates, engagement, and assessment scores.
  • Act as the primary contact for learner queries and platform questions, escalating as needed.
  • Liaise with BU Training Leads and Anchors to communicate training schedules and progress updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in learning administration, LMS/LXP management, or digital learning operations, preferably in a large organization.
  • LMS/LXP Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge in managing an LMS/LXP (*, Sana, Cornerstone), including learner account management, content publishing, enrollment configuration, and reporting.
  • Content Management: Experience uploading, configuring, and troubleshooting SCORM content.
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using LMS/LXP Insights, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
  • Digital Authoring: Working knowledge of digital learning authoring tools (*, Articulate, Elucidat, Mindsmith).
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Background

  • Proven track record as an LMS/LXP administrator in a mid-to-large organization, managing diverse learner populations.
  • Experience managing an LMS/LXP as a named administrator with end-to-end platform governance responsibility.
  • Background in digital learning operations, with hands-on experience building and publishing content.
  • Demonstrated experience producing and managing learning dashboards and data reports for various stakeholders.
  • Track record of coordinating training schedules and program logistics for a large learner population.
  • Experience working within a structured content governance and metadata tagging framework.
  • Familiarity with gamification mechanics in a learning platform context.
  • Experience producing or administering bilingual English and Arabic learning content.
