The Opportunity

EXP is seeking a Senior Structural Designer, Mining to join its collaborative Mining team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working alongside multidisciplinary professionals to deliver practical and innovative solutions for complex mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce structural designs and drawings using MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Undertake detailed working drawings for steel, concrete, and site plans.
• Prepare conceptual layout drawings and develop construction details.
• Participate in discipline-specific and multi-disciplinary drawing review processes.
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, reports, and sketches.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and related information as required.
• Perform Project Management and Construction Supervision tasks when necessary.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers in the preparation of drawings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design, preferably within the mining sector.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD for structural design and drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed drawings for steel, concrete, and site plans.
• Experience in developing conceptual layouts and construction details.
