The Role: Senior Technical ETL Developer

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Senior Technical ETL Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise ETL/ELT solutions. The successful candidate will build scalable data pipelines across the organization's data warehouse, data lake, and reporting platforms, while ensuring adherence to data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
• Design efficient data extraction, transformation, and load processes across enterprise source systems.
• Optimize pipeline performance, including SQL queries, parallelism, partitioning, and error handling.
• Implement data quality checks, reconciliation controls, and audit logging.
• Maintain data lineage, technical documentation, and deployment runbooks.
• Provide L3 support and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and regulatory reporting cycles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of experience in technical ETL development. Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage is required.
