Senior Tender & Bid Specialist

About the Role

Afaqy is seeking an experienced Senior Tender & Bid Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the company's expanding portfolio of government and enterprise opportunities across the Kingdom. The specialist will manage the entire bidding lifecycle, from initial assessment to final submission and post-bid activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, government tenders, and strategic bids from initial assessment through submission and post-bid activities.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, compliance matrices, clarifications, and all supporting bid documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to tender deadlines, internal approval processes, submission requirements, and follow-up procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with technical, commercial, financial, legal, and other relevant teams.
• Maintain tender trackers, templates, bid records, and post-bid documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in tender processes and proposal quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in the Saudi government tendering environment, including the Etimad platform and other relevant procurement platforms.
• A background in IoT, telematics, smart mobility, fleet management, SaaS, telecom, or integrated technology solutions is highly preferred.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in government tenders, bid management, proposal preparation, commercial coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This includes the ability to manage the entire bidding lifecycle effectively.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia to be considered for this opportunity.
