KBR Saudi Arabia is expanding its Project Management Office Consultancy (PMO) team to support a significant infrastructure development project in Riyadh, KSA. The Role of Senior Training & Induction Manager

The Senior Training & Induction Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the effective onboarding and continuous development of personnel involved in the project. This full-time role focuses on providing essential inductions to mobilizing Project Management Consultants (PMCs), contractors, and design consultants. The manager will also be responsible for developing comprehensive learning and development strategies, including assessing necessary skills, vetting PMC trainers, and implementing effective training programs. A key aspect of this position involves overseeing PMCs to ensure compliance with orientation requirements related to development purposes, organizational structure, security and emergency management, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and orientation for mobilizing employees.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
• Identify gaps in training content and materials that require updating to enhance knowledge and safety among staff.
• Develop training programs that support and enable the career growth of recent university graduates.
• Research new training supplies and materials to enhance training procedures and provide value to employees.
• Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training.
• Communicate with management, trainers, and team members to ensure all needs are met.
• Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
• Oversee training and development staff.
• Assess employees’ needs for training.
• Align training with the organization’s goals.
• Create and manage training budgets.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Review and select training materials from a variety of vendors.
• Update training programs to ensure relevance.
• Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
• Maintain training records for compliance and tracking employee progress.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a similar field.
• Proven experience, with a minimum of 5 years, in the development, implementation, and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Client’s offices in Riyadh, KSA.
