About the Role
Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Service Delivery Team Manager to lead a team focused on delivering luxury travel and lifestyle services to high-net-worth Arabic clientele in Riyadh. This full-time, office-based role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, travel, and concierge services.
Role Context
As a global luxury concierge service, Ten Lifestyle Group aims to be the most trusted service business in the world. This role is integral to serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients with their leisure travel requests, utilizing a technology-enabled platform and the expertise of trained lifestyle managers. The company is a Certified B Corp, committed to making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver premium lifestyle experiences to Arabic HNW members.
- Ensure service excellence by proactively enhancing efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction.
- Collaborate across global teams to align service delivery with business objectives and industry trends.
- Resolve high-level escalations, providing swift and tailored solutions for discerning clientele.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining processes to exceed member expectations.
Required Expertise and Skills
- Expertise & Industry Insight: Deep knowledge of luxury lifestyle services, including hospitality, travel, and premium experiences. Active awareness of Arabic luxury markets. Ability to bridge Proposition and Lifestyle teams.
- Leadership & Team Development: Strong people management skills for leading high-performing teams across multiple locations. Experience as a mentor and motivator. Cross-functional leadership experience.
- Service Excellence & Problem-Solving: Results-driven focus on member satisfaction, efficiency, and SLAs. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Expertise in customer care and handling escalations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Professional Arabic and English language skills are essential. Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Riyadh. Compensation includes a performance-based bonus.
