The Role: ServiceNow Architect

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires professionals with 5-10 years of experience, focusing on designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.

Core Responsibilities and Expertise

• Applying deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Designing and implementing solutions based on a strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns.
• Utilizing working knowledge of ServiceNow connectors, web technologies, and platform scripting languages for solution development.
• Leading and executing integrations with systems such as SAML, SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Overseeing large-scale enterprise deployments and complex system integrations.

Technical Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), with a specific emphasis on ITSM.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with ServiceNow connectors, web technologies, and platform scripting languages.
• Proven work experience in integrating with SAML, SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Background in large-scale enterprise deployments and integrations.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
