About the Role

360Solutions is seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the company’s shared services functions, focusing on operational excellence, effective resource management, and alignment with strategic objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for Shared Services.
• Lead and coordinate HR, Administrative Services, IT, and Legal functions to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
• Develop and continuously improve policies, procedures, and service models.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, facilities, assets, and administrative services while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
• Support initiatives related to employee experience, digital transformation, information security, and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR, administrative, legal, and corporate support functions.
• Excellent skills in budget, vendor, and contract management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good understanding of IT, digital transformation, information security, and data protection.

Work Environment
