Job Description

About Nextwo Co.

Nextwo Co., a subsidiary of T2, was established with a clear mission to leverage exceptional technology talent from Jordan and Egypt to serve Saudi Arabia's expanding digital economy. What began as a focused staffing initiative has evolved into a comprehensive human capital and technical manpower partnership. Nextwo specializes in areas including SAP, Oracle, AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, Software Development, UI/UX, Fintech, and Finance. Operating across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt, Nextwo provides Offshore Development Centers, hybrid models, onsite manpower placement, and managed services. The company maintains a high talent retention rate and delivers significant cost savings, reflecting its commitment to quality and long-term partnerships.

The Opportunity: Shared Services Manager

Nextwo Co. is seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Shared Services Manager to serve as the operational engine across its shared functions. This full-time, mid-senior management role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Shared Services Excellence Manager. The position is central to bridging strategic design with day-to-day execution, driving bank-wide governance, financial control, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the shared services governance framework and conduct regular risk assessments to ensure alignment with bank policies and SAMA/Central Bank mandates.
  • Coordinate audit readiness activities and facilitate the remediation of any identified findings.
  • Execute month-end financial variance analysis, track operational expenditures (OpEx), and manage internal chargeback/cost-allocation models across various business units.
  • Maintain the KPI/SLA dashboard engine and analyze performance data to identify and flag operational bottlenecks before they impact front-line banking operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement workshops, map "as-is" versus "to-be" workflows to eliminate redundancies, and support the rollout of automation initiatives (RPA/Digitization).

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Approximately 7 years of solid, documented experience in operational excellence, corporate governance, financial control, or performance management, strictly within a banking environment.
  • Demonstrated dual competency, possessing a hybrid background that spans both process governance/KPIs and financial budget tracking. Roles limited strictly to accounting or strictly to HR/Process management will not meet this criterion.
  • Advanced hands-on experience managing internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cross-departmental chargeback models.
  • Proven experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (*, SAP, Oracle) for budget tracking and pipeline control.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with full fluency in both professional business English and Arabic, essential for corporate banking compliance reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience participating in a banking shared services migration, setup phase, or a large-scale digital transformation project.
  • Advanced analytics exposure, including the ability to build automated, live reporting dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
