Role Overview

The HR Business Manager – Shared Services serves as a critical link between property operations and the centralized HR Shared Services function. This full-time role, based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, ensures the effective delivery of HR services to properties while providing support to operational leaders on daily HR matters, employee relations, and workforce requirements. The Manager acts as a strategic and operational partner, collaborating with property leadership and the Shared Services team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, consistent policy application, and a strong employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with property leadership on workforce planning and provide daily HR support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between properties and HR Shared Services, ensuring alignment of HR services with operational needs.
• Guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the resolution of employee queries and manage escalations as needed.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and positive employee experience at the property level.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including flight ticket arrangements and pre-arrival support.
• Oversee and support work permit and visa processing, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
• Validate and submit payroll inputs in coordination with properties and payroll teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, and talent processes.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and headcount.
• Ensure consistency in HR practices and processes across all properties and support the implementation of HR initiatives.

Performance Indicators

Key performance indicators for this role include the accuracy and timeliness of payroll inputs, the effectiveness and efficiency of onboarding processes (including visas, work permits, and flight arrangements), and the quality and timeliness of HR metrics reporting and insights. Success is also measured by the effectiveness of HR support provided to property operations, timely resolution of employee relations cases and queries, and the accuracy and compliance of HR processes and documentation. Employee and manager satisfaction with HR support, alongside contributions to workforce stability, are also critical measures.

Required Experience

Candidates for the HR Business Manager – Shared Services position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. This full-time role is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional who can effectively manage the complexities of HR service delivery within a dynamic hospitality environment.
