About the Opportunity

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join Hitachi Energy's Human Resources department in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose and Context

The HR Business Partner will serve as a key strategic partner, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives within Hitachi Energy. This role involves working closely with leadership and employees to foster a productive and engaging work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's operational goals and its commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related matters.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards and local regulations.
• Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Contribute to organizational development efforts and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, principles, and functions.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations is preferred.
