About the Role

Johnsons and Johnsons is seeking a full-time HR Partner, KSA to join their team in Riyadh. This role provides direct HR support to the Saudi Arabia business, working closely with the HR Lead to implement core people priorities across talent processes, employee engagement, Saudization initiatives, HR operations, and change management. The ideal candidate is a strong HR professional with solid experience and a comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor practices, capable of executing HR priorities effectively within a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Lead in executing the people agenda for Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR standards.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with business leaders, people managers, employees, and HR partners across the matrix organization.
  • Provide practical HR guidance on routine matters to managers and employees, escalating complex or sensitive cases to the HR Lead as necessary.
  • Coordinate with payroll, benefits, medical insurance, government relations, and other support functions to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality, documentation discipline, and sound judgment when handling employee information or sensitive cases.
  • Contribute practical ideas to enhance the employee experience and work environment, in alignment with the HR Lead and business priorities.

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, documentation, exits, and employee data updates.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audit readiness, employee documentation, and data quality across relevant HR systems and local records.
  • Apply HR policies consistently, ensuring alignment with Saudi labor law, internal compliance standards, and company values.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition as needed to resolve HR matters effectively.
  • Support the monitoring and follow-up of Saudization priorities, including workforce data, action tracking, and compliance-related reporting.
  • Work with internal and external partners on Saudi government platforms and employment requirements where applicable.
  • Stay informed of relevant Saudi HR, labor, and compliance updates, highlighting potential implications to the HR Lead.

Talent and Engagement Support

  • Support the execution of the talent agenda, including talent review preparation, development action follow-up, succession planning inputs, and agreed people priorities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring processes.
  • Support engagement, culture, and change initiatives by coordinating plans, tracking actions, and assisting managers in communicating and implementing changes effectively.
  • Support the preparation of HR updates, dashboards, people insights, and follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR generalist or HR partner experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia and a multinational or matrix organization.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and local HR compliance expectations.
  • Experience working with or coordinating activities related to Saudi government platforms.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • Must be a Saudi national, based in Riyadh.
