Four Seasons Hotels Limited is seeking a Shift Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of all equipment within the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of critical mechanical components. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for providing machinist work across all equipment, ensuring that essential components such as bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and control mechanisms operate without interruption. Your technical skills and professional conduct will contribute to maintaining the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels, directly impacting the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machinist work on all hotel equipment.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of critical components, including bearings, gears, belts, shafts, and control mechanisms.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism in all duties.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience through technical expertise and professional conduct.
• Ensure all equipment runs efficiently and flawlessly, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant engineering or machinist role.
• Demonstrated technical skills in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Ability to uphold high standards of professionalism and contribute positively to a service-oriented environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, an architectural landmark located in the Kingdom Tower. The hotel features 276 rooms, including 39 suites, and offers proximity to key business areas, shopping centers, and cultural sites. The property includes three restaurant venues with a collective seating capacity of 250 guests, event facilities spanning 7,213 square meters, and a world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests, alongside a fitness center.
