About the Role

Etoile Group is seeking a Shop Manager for its Hogan boutique in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the boutique to achieve commercial excellence, enhance customer relationship management (CRM), and build a high-performing team that embodies the brand's spirit within the dynamic retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct sales analysis, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity to propose business improvements such as in-store merchandising, opening hours, and product mix.
• Generate quantitative and qualitative sales reports and actively engage on the shop floor to drive sales and manage VIP customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs, ensure consistent service delivery, handle complaints, and maintain the customer database.
• Manage stock by entering received goods, controlling inventory, recording movements, supervising replenishment, and preparing for inventory counts.
• Coordinate with back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing, and merchandising teams for new launches, in-store activities, or renovations, providing feedback as required.
• Liaise with Mall Management on promotions, permits, and security matters, and monitor customer movement to prevent theft or violations.
• Acquire and disseminate product knowledge, monitor inventory and stock availability, check sales figures, and assist with pricing adjustments.
• Organize shop layout, merchandise, and display items effectively, decorating window displays according to brand standards.
• Conduct regular checks on the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and shelves, ensuring staff compliance with procedures and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, including cleanliness, display, lighting, and stock rotation, implementing guidelines and conducting daily walkthroughs.

Team Leadership and Inter-Departmental Communication

• Prepare staff schedules to ensure full shop floor coverage and maintain grooming standards.
• Participate in the recruitment process for Shop Staff and Sales Executives.
• Manage, engage, and delegate responsibilities to the team, conducting appraisals, assessments, coaching, and training.
• Reconcile daily reports with the Accounting Department.
• Ensure proper labeling and receipt of shipments with the PSAS Department.
• Verify accurate figures on the POS system with the IT Department and proper functioning of the finger scan machine with the HR Department.
• Prepare, discuss, and set monthly staff objectives with the Retail/Country Manager.
• Supervise stock transfers, provide monthly feedback on product movement, and discuss staff-related issues such as annual leaves and confirmations, ensuring policy adherence.
• Assist in developing a succession plan for the boutique and report on staff performance and progress.
• Provide relevant reports on periodic sales and stock movements to support buying decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for at least 4 years, ideally within luxury footwear and leather goods.
• Strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, and a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Deep understanding of CRM principles, luxury clientele, and evolving luxury retail trends.
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic luxury retail setting.
