The Role

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead high-end fit-out projects from mobilization through to handover. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Site Engineer will ensure excellence at every stage of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise all site activities, including subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site labor.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Plan site programs, monitor progress, and track milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communication with project managers, designers, clients, and consultants.
• Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and oversee finishing works to luxury standards.
• Identify risks, resolve site issues promptly, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
• Lead site meetings, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Ensure final handover is presented defect-free and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably within luxury fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from mobilization to handover.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
