Site Manager Electrical (OHTL)

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Site Manager Electrical (OHTL) to oversee electrical construction execution for projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing site coordination, subcontractors, quality, and safety, ensuring timely project completion in line with SEC standards and project requirements. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction activities for 380kV Transmission Line (TL) projects.
• Plan and monitor site execution, including manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
• Supervise construction, installation, and all other TL-related activities.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and other technical documents prior to execution.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion of their scope.
• Coordinate with Civil, Protection & Control, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Procurement teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper closure of technical and construction issues.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and promote a zero-incident project execution culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Technology (** or Bachelor of Engineering ( in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Transmission Line (TL) projects, including specific experience with 380kV TL.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager or Construction Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with SEC projects and a strong understanding of SEC construction standards.
• Strong knowledge of TL execution techniques.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

SEC-Specific Requirements

• Experience working on SEC-approved 380kV TL Projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEC General Specifications (SGS), SEC Safety Regulations, and SEC project execution procedures.
• Ability to coordinate directly with SEC Project Management and Construction Supervision teams.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on site and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
