HCLTech is seeking a SME - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on project and program management within the GCP environment.

Role Overview

This role involves managing projects and programs within the Google Cloud Platform, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving escalated issues, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic planning activities. Proficiency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets and incidents by analyzing issues within GCP, adhering to established SLAs and quality norms.
• Mentor team members and administrators while preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining comprehensive documentation, promoting knowledge sharing across the team.
• Validate change order implementation plans and ensure compliance with human error protocols while participating in capacity planning activities for GCP resources.
• Facilitate positive customer feedback by actively participating in customer meetings, understanding issues faced, and providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct and validate analyses such as Root Cause and Trend Analysis within GCP, preparing reports that enhance task performance and are presented to key business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory proficiency in the Arabic language.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Program Management.
• Strong analytical skills for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and trend analysis within GCP.
• Ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and SOPs.
• Experience in validating change order implementation plans and participating in capacity planning.
• Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their issues, and provide effective solutions.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires active participation in customer meetings and team collaboration to achieve project objectives and maintain service quality.
