The Role: SOC Development Lead

Sirar by stc is seeking a SOC Development Lead to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to ensuring the effective delivery and continuous improvement of Security Operations Center (SOC) development services. The role involves leading the lifecycle management of SIEM platforms and driving detection engineering maturity to enhance cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of SOC Development services for all customers, ensuring adherence to MSSP service scope and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the full lifecycle of SIEM platforms, including onboarding, parsing, normalization, use case development, and reporting.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and integrity of SIEM infrastructure and its associated integrations.
• Drive the maturity of detection engineering practices, focusing on continuous improvement in use case effectiveness and MITRE ATT&CK coverage.
• Ensure all deliverables meet compliance requirements, such as NCA ECC, and maintain audit readiness standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all SOC Development-related issues that impact service delivery.
• Ensure alignment between SOC Development outputs and SOC Monitoring needs to enhance the overall quality of detection and response capabilities.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
