About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding fitness and corporate wellness business based in Riyadh, is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist. This full-time, hybrid position is responsible for enhancing the brand's presence across social media and content platforms. The role offers a monthly salary of SAR 8,000 and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The specialist will focus on creating and editing content that captures the dynamic energy of fitness classes, trainers, and events. This involves translating creative briefs into polished, on-brand output designed to perform effectively across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The working pattern combines remote work for editing, design, and scheduling with required on-site filming and event coverage throughout Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Film and produce short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and event coverage.
• Attend sessions, events, and activations in person to capture photo and video content as required.
• Translate creative direction, campaign ideas, and briefs into finished social content.
• Support the planning, preparation, and scheduling of content, and write or adapt captions in line with the brand voice.
• Design social media graphics, event visuals, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Organise and maintain content libraries and editable design files, and repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

• Design Skills: Strong practical ability with at least one professional design platform such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Procreate.
• Video Skills: Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is highly desirable.
• Industry Background: Experience within fitness, wellness, sports, health, lifestyle, hospitality, personal training, or events.

Candidate Profile

• Working Style: Hands-on, organised, comfortable working independently once given direction, and confident working on-site with clients and teams.
• Location & Transport: Based in Riyadh with personal transportation or reliable access to transport, and available for on-site filming and events as required.
• Language: Fluent English is required, with Arabic strongly preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, hybrid role. It requires a balance of remote work for content editing, design, and scheduling, alongside regular on-site presence for filming and event coverage across Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
