About the Social Media Coordinator Role at Sifi

Sifi is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join its Marketing team in Riyadh, Ar Riyad. This is a full-time, junior-level position designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are focused on social media, content creation, and building digital communities. The role involves supporting the complete social media cycle, from content planning and coordination to campaign activation, performance monitoring, and reporting, alongside assisting with PR and communications activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Coordinator will contribute to Sifi's digital presence by managing content, engaging with communities, and tracking performance across various platforms. This includes:

• Supporting the development and management of monthly and campaign-based social media content plans.
• Maintaining and coordinating content calendars to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
• Coordinating with designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal stakeholders for content creation and scheduling.
• Monitoring relevant trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to identify participation opportunities.
• Publishing and scheduling approved content across social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitoring comments and mentions, escalating sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
• Supporting the activation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, and events on social media.
• Tracking content delivery and following up with stakeholders to ensure scheduled activities go live.

Performance Tracking and Support

A core aspect of this role involves analyzing social media performance and supporting broader communication efforts:

• Monitoring social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Preparing regular weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key results, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations for future content and social media strategy.
• Supporting selected PR and communications activities, including coordinating announcements, media materials, and press coverage tracking.
• Maintaining organized records of media coverage, PR opportunities, and key contacts.
• Assisting in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely communications aligned with Sifi’s brand.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 0–2 years in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest, internships, university projects, or personal experience in social media are encouraged to apply. Previous hands-on experience managing social media accounts or supporting campaigns is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Education: A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills:

• Technical Skills: Good understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok). Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies. Experience using AI tools (*, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, content planning, and reporting. Strong organizational skills and basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across different channels. A proactive and curious mindset, continuously learning about social media, digital culture, content trends, and new tools.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves close collaboration with the wider Marketing team to support campaigns, events, partnerships, and broader brand initiatives.
