Soft Services Consultant

About the Role

Fatima Consultancy is seeking a Soft Services Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for coordinating the planning of the Annual Cleaning Plan in compliance with Facilities Management Services Provider (FMS) to meet all relevant contractual SLAs and industry standards, including BICS. The position offers a salary of SAR 17,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Review training standards for all FMS soft services staff and provide feedback against industry best practices.
• Implement the PMS Procedure, including observations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), to ensure FMS compliance with contractual deliverables, SLAs, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee and guide activities of FM contractor and subcontractors’ personnel to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of work related to all facility soft services.
• Drive continuous improvement in all service lines to enhance value and control costs.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to oversee performance and governance processes for daily management operations.
• Ensure soft services are provided by managing contractors and suppliers according to the scope of work.
• Manage contract performance, people, decision-making, root cause analysis, inspection and audit, readiness, communication, planning/scheduling, and overall productivity improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures, codes, and regulations, and verify that BICSc standards are delivered by the service contractor across the portfolio.
• Ensure areas and processes are in optimum condition for audit readiness and compliance.
• Execute daily building inspections and monthly job walks to ensure the contracted scope is met.
• Monitor all on-ground activities handled by the FM contractor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum MBICSc Qualification is required.
• A diploma or degree in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
