The Software Project Manager Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Software Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for planning, executing, and delivering assigned projects in alignment with business objectives, approved scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will manage resources, mitigate risks, maintain project quality standards, and ensure timely project delivery while achieving defined business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Identify and allocate project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to approved timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Track project progress, key decisions, risks, issues, and challenges using the project management system.
• Maintain accurate and updated project records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, dashboards, and escalation logs to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, progress reviews, and post-project reviews.
• Address stakeholder concerns, escalations, and feedback in a timely manner, aligning project goals with expectations.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members, monitoring productivity and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for training, development, and performance improvement within project teams.
• Ensure timely publishing of key project reports and dashboards for 2P leadership, maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Lead, manage, and execute special projects or tasks assigned by management, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in project management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
