Software Sales Supervisor Car Rental

About the Role

Riyadah Solutions is seeking a Software Sales Supervisor for Car Rental systems. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on building relationships with car rental companies across the Kingdom to drive the adoption of our digital platform and fleet management systems. The initial focus will be on Riyadh and the head offices of rental companies with branches nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Riyadah’s products and effectively explain and demonstrate them to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with company owners, executives, and other key decision-makers within car rental companies.
• Plan and conduct client visits and meetings, managing sales opportunities from initial contact through contract signing and active system use.
• Recruit car rental companies to join the platform and provide support during their onboarding and readiness phases.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate business and technical needs to the relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities and provide regular updates on visits, pipeline status, progress, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding approved proposals and customer requirements.

Reporting Structure

During the launch period and the first year, this role will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the software or car rental industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product adoption.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on engaging with car rental companies across the Kingdom.
