About the Role

International Company For Integrated Systems (ICIS) is seeking a Software Solutions Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in software and enterprise solution sales. The role focuses on driving the sales of the company's software solutions and enterprise systems to a diverse client base.

Core Responsibilities

The Software Solutions Sales Specialist will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities within government, semi-government, and private sector organizations. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with the Pre-Sales team to propose effective solutions. The role involves conducting sales presentations, preparing and following up on commercial proposals, and actively monitoring tenders and projects to identify potential business. Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiating commercial terms, is a critical aspect of this position. The specialist will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and providing regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Key Duties and Activities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for software solutions and enterprise systems.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government entities, enterprises, and prospective clients.
  • Understanding customer requirements and coordinating with the Pre-Sales team for solution proposals.
  • Conducting sales presentations and introducing company products and services.
  • Preparing and following up on commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Monitoring government and private sector tenders, projects, and business opportunities.
  • Managing sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and agreements with customers.
  • Achieving assigned sales targets and reporting on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Coordinating with technical and implementation teams for smooth project transitions.
  • Representing the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in software, technology, or enterprise solution sales.
  • Proven experience in selling enterprise systems, government solutions, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Work Environment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration with internal technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery post-sale.
