SOFTWARE SPECIALIST

About the Role

Deemah is seeking a Software Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves contributing to the implementation of software solutions and the development of applications within the organization. The specialist will also be responsible for managing software upgrades to ensure systems remain current and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirement documents from functional key users and department heads.
• Analyze business requirements to understand project scope and objectives.
• Estimate the time required for development tasks.
• Develop objects, including ABAP programs.
• Conduct unit testing for all developed objects.
• Release developed objects to the test environment.
• Prepare comprehensive test and technical documentation for all developments.
• Create user reference manuals to assist end-users.
• Troubleshoot all technical and operational problems related to SAP Reports.
• Resolve functional issues in coordination with SAP key users.
• Develop new programs for uploading master data and transaction data.
• Develop new functionalities in SAP that are not available in standard SAP.
• Train end-users on newly developed functionalities.
