About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Solution Architect Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for defining solution architectures and reference designs across the company's diverse solution portfolio. The role focuses on the technical evolution of the Tahreez Unified Platform and its Smart Integration components, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities

The Solution Architect Manager serves as the technical anchor, bridging presales, engineering, delivery, and portfolio/commercial governance for Managed Services offerings. This involves close collaboration with the Solutions and Business Modeling Manager, Finance/CCO, and the Managing Director's strategy team. A primary objective is to ensure that all complex bids, deployments, and cataloged offers are built on consistent, compliant, and reusable architectures, moving away from one-off designs.

Reference Architecture and Design

• Design reference architectures for various use cases and business lines, including AV solutions, physical security, Smart Screening, intelligent healthcare solutions, IoT/IIoT, AI-driven solutions, and integrated ELV systems.
• Translate client and regulatory requirements (*, security classification frameworks, safety codes, data-protection rules) into compliant system architectures, network topologies, and equipment schedules.
• Maintain a living library of approved reference designs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs)/Material Take-Offs (MTOs), and solution templates for project teams.
• Define integration patterns between disciplines, ensuring interoperability across protocols such as BACnet/IP, ONVIF, and MQTT.
• Continuously calibrate reference designs and BOQs/MTOs using validated bid-vs-actual variance data.

Estimation and Project Intelligence

• Build and maintain a repository of historical project data across all solution lines, capturing bid-stage estimates against actual delivery outcomes.
• Capture and archive the cost, timeline, contingency, and procurement assumptions used for each opportunity's estimate at the bid stage.
• Work directly with installation/delivery teams post-award to gather actual cost, timeline, contingency utilization, and procurement outcomes.
• Analyze variances between bid-stage estimates and actuals to identify systemic estimation gaps.
• Maintain a calibration log and lessons-learned record per solution line, feeding corrected assumptions back into reference architecture templates and pricing guardrails.

Tahreez Platform Ownership

• Own the technical roadmap for the Tahreez Unified Platform, including the evolution of its Smart Integration module (features, integrations, versioning).
• Define the platform's core architecture, encompassing edge devices, connectivity layers, cloud/on-prem hosting, APIs, data ingestion, analytics, and AI-driven decision layers.

Strategic Support and Collaboration

• Provide technical architecture input into the offer catalogue maintained by Solution Portfolio & Business Models (SPBM), ensuring each cataloged offer is backed by a validated reference architecture.
• Participate in the Business Development Review Committee (BDRC) as the technical authority on business model design, validating technical deliverability and alignment with approved architectures.
• Support Finance and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in setting pricing guardrails by supplying technical cost drivers, platform attach-rate assumptions, and solution complexity inputs.
• Supply variance-based cost and estimation accuracy data to inform pricing guardrails.
• Feed installed-base and portfolio performance data into SPBM's analysis for EXCOM Strategy & Portfolio and PPR reporting.
• Flag architecture or platform gaps surfaced through installed-base analysis back into the reference-architecture roadmap and Tahreez platform roadmap.
