Role Overview

Ektis is seeking a Sourcing Senior Specialist to lead proactive, direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, initially focusing on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and supporting broader regional expansion. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is delivery-focused and involves identifying, mapping, and engaging passive talent directly. The specialist will run targeted headhunting campaigns and execute team lift-outs and multi-hire initiatives from competitors, working alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the sourcing engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and proactively approach passive candidates through direct outreach, headhunting, referrals, and networking for live roles across all business areas.
• Build detailed maps of target companies, teams, and individuals across KSA and the wider region, maintaining intelligence on market movement and compensation benchmarks.
• Plan and execute team lift-outs and multi-hires from competitors, identifying intact teams and managing discreet, multi-threaded outreach.
• Develop and maintain warm, segmented talent pipelines for priority and recurring roles to reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Conduct initial conversations to qualify candidate motivation, fit, and availability, and maintain engagement with passive candidates over longer cycles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to take detailed briefs, calibrate profiles, and provide real-time market insights.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent databases, referrals, and other channels to source talent not responsive to advertised roles.
• Support sourcing for graduate, early careers, and internship hiring, including building university relationships and identifying emerging talent pools.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics, using data to refine targeting and report on progress.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with company policies, Middle East labor considerations, and DEI principles, maintaining a professional candidate experience.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of hands-on sourcing or research experience, preferably gained in executive search, RPO, an agency, or an in-house sourcing team. Experience with the Middle East market and a working understanding of hiring in KSA are essential. Exposure to consulting, professional services, or financial services is an advantage. The role requires a strong ability in market mapping and talent intelligence, with confidence in direct headhunting outreach and managing team lift-outs discreetly. Candidates should be fluent in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, and adopt a data-informed mindset to improve sourcing effectiveness while maintaining a human touch in candidate engagement.
