Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Khatib & Alami is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the Talent Acquisition Manager in leading recruitment activities, ensuring a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality recruitment process aligned with corporate policies and procedures. The specialist will manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, and contribute to promoting the K&A brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate recruitment channels and leverage existing resources such as LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Develop strong relationships with relevant organizations for sourcing, networking, and leveraging alumni networks.
• Assess and recommend external recruitment agencies and vendors to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Cultivate relationships with university career services, academic leaders, and on-campus organizations to promote the K&A brand and career opportunities.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events to support branding efforts and increase brand recognition.
• Provide information and updates to internal intranet sites and recruitment process tools.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment websites.
• Receive, screen, and short-list CVs in coordination with senior management.
• Conduct interviews with candidates for open positions.
• Prepare offer letters and standard employment contracts.
• Assist in the development of induction programs and conduct orientation sessions for new recruits.
• Support Human Resources teams with recruitment activities as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of internal and external talent for future firm needs.

Internal Business Processes

• Develop HR management reports and statistics as required.
• Routinely communicate and report on the status of recruiting, open positions, hiring sources, and hiring costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources function.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is preferred.
• This role is open to Saudi Citizens.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working as a core member of the Human Resources team at Khatib & Alami.
