Key Responsibilities

During a typical day, the Spa Receptionist will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Greet all guests entering the spa/salon and assist with check-in and registration procedures.
• Answer phones and emails, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
• Relay information to appropriate team members as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Perform various office duties including data entry, filing, and processing mail.
• Take notes, type correspondence, and assist spa managers with general administrative tasks.
