About the Role

stc is seeking a Space / Ground Stations Services Planning & Enablement Section Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the planning, technical enablement, and implementation readiness of Space and Ground Station services. The manager ensures that business requirements align with technology capabilities, infrastructure readiness, and operational deployment, operating within established business policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all Space and Ground Station planning and enablement activities.
• Consolidate business requirements into comprehensive technical, infrastructure, and capacity plans.
• Develop technical roadmaps and implementation plans that support business priorities.
• Coordinate planning activities with Technology, Infrastructure teams, and external partners.
• Manage technical demand, implementation planning, and prioritization.
• Lead technical feasibility assessments and solution validation processes.
• Coordinate integration, testing, and implementation readiness across various systems and platforms.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify technical risks, and oversee deployment activities.
• Develop planning governance frameworks, technical documentation, and implementation standards.
• Coordinate infrastructure readiness and capacity planning initiatives.
• Monitor industry developments and recommend improvements to support future business growth.

Strategic and Managerial Duties

• Manage Space / Ground Stations Services Planning & Enablement activities to support business priorities and operational objectives.
• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation readiness activities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning and enablement processes.

People Leadership

• Define goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for section members and ensure effective application of stc's performance management process.
• Direct the planning and allocation of section resources in line with business requirements.
• Ensure capability development through coaching and continuous knowledge sharing.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities and tasks as directed by the line manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in Network Planning, Service Enablement, Technical Planning, or Telecommunications Infrastructure, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL Foundation.
