About Almosafer and the Role

Almosafer is seeking a Specialist Enterprise Architecture to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves independently driving IT initiatives from initial concept through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technology principles. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.

Role Overview and Contribution

The Specialist Enterprise Architecture will play a central role in coordinating between business units and IT teams, translating evolving needs into clear IT initiatives. This position requires a working understanding of enterprise architecture principles to ensure that all IT initiatives are planned and executed in harmony with the broader technology landscape. The specialist will contribute to strong governance practices and support the justification and tracking of benefits for new IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and scoping to closure, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Act as a primary point of coordination between business units and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of new requests.
• Support the development of business cases for new IT initiatives and track the realization of expected benefits post-delivery.
• Contribute to prioritizing initiatives based on business value, assisting delivery teams with effective capacity and resource planning.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives, milestones, and deliverables across IT teams to ensure adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to provide clear visibility into the status of ongoing and upcoming initiatives, pipelines, and capacity utilization.
• Prepare and deliver regular, structured status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage IT audits from start to finish, coordinating with auditors and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of findings.
• Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured presentations for various audiences, including working teams and senior stakeholders.
• Undertake other relevant tasks as required by leadership to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating the ability to manage initiatives independently and with minimal supervision.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong, hands-on ability to create compelling slide decks and presentations from scratch.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining Excel dashboards and trackers.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with comfort in engaging both IT and business audiences.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tracking multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time, if required.
