The Role of Enterprise Architect

T&S is seeking an Enterprise Architect for an outsourcing opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves serving as a key design authority, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives, and contributing to the strategic development of enterprise architecture within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall design authority across the program, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Define, maintain, and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Lead architecture governance activities, including design reviews, technical approvals, and compliance assessments.
• Review and evaluate vendor solution proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain the target-state architecture and technology roadmap to support long-term business strategy.
• Define integration strategies and ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise platforms and applications.
• Provide architectural guidance for solution design, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify technology risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and provide architectural assurance throughout project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting innovation and the adoption of modern architectural practices and emerging technologies.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture. In addition, the role requires strong soft skills, including:

Work Type and Location
