About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist - Project Management to support the Master Development Unit (MDU) in Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on enhancing communication, coordinating advanced digital technology, producing visual reports, and providing operational project support. The position aims to improve how the MDU communicates progress, adopts innovative tools, manages field data, and ensures compliance with project standards.

Role Context and Impact

This hybrid role integrates creative communication, digital systems management, AI-enhanced workflows, and Power BI reporting. It also involves heavy-equipment data coordination and stakeholder engagement. The Specialist will contribute to a "One-Team" culture by providing accurate reporting, professional visual outputs, structured coordination, and seamless integration across delivery partners and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate high-quality communication materials, including newsletters, dashboards, infographics, and presentations, highlighting MDU progress, safety achievements, digital transformation, and project milestones.
• Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) in alignment with MDU and Qiddiya branding standards.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize performance indicators, trends, and field insights.
• Coordinate the use of Aconex Field, AI-CCTV systems, and other digital construction tools by guiding users, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Maintain digital trackers for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), inspections, system enhancements, heavy-equipment data, and reporting cycles.
• Manage registration, documentation, and compliance workflows for heavy equipment, including contractor coordination and QR-code data processes.
• Prepare monthly and weekly visual summaries showing equipment compliance, progress status, digital adoption levels, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop Microsoft Visio diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts to support clarity in workflows and communication.
• Maintain structured knowledge repositories, templates, lessons learned, and communication assets for the MDU.
• Support engagement activities, workshops, meetings, and One-Team initiatives by preparing materials, visuals, and field data updates.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional formatting across all MDU communication and reporting channels.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) for visual content creation.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Familiarity with digital construction tools such as Aconex Field and AI-CCTV systems.
• Ability to develop diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts using Microsoft Visio.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for stakeholder engagement and team integration.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, operating within the Master Development Unit of Qiddiya Investment Company. The role requires collaboration with various delivery partners and field teams to ensure project alignment and operational efficiency.
