About the Role: Sr. Account Manager, Amazon Payment Services

Amazon is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and analytical Sr. Account Manager to manage key merchants within Amazon Payment Services. This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding goals while maintaining a customer-centric focus. This multifaceted position requires the ability to manage senior-level relationships with external merchants, communicate effectively with internal leadership, develop scalable processes, and engage in deep problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with external partners. A core aspect of the role involves identifying new opportunities to enhance existing processes for merchant onboarding, growth, and overall management. You will serve as the primary advocate for merchants, communicating their needs to leadership as the team works to challenge the status quo and innovate on behalf of Amazon's merchants. This position also offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.

Core Competencies

  • Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Communicating and presenting information effectively to senior leadership.
  • Working with customers with a dedication to delivering exceptional service, or demonstrating strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Developing processes, managing projects, and establishing schedules.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development or Account Management roles.
  • Experience working in an external client-facing environment.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects.
  • Additional experience in sales or account management.
