Sr Commercial Manager Lead

About the Role

NES Global Talent is seeking a Sr Commercial Manager - Lead to oversee commercial and contractual activities for a significant mixed-use development project located in Riyadh. This full-time position requires extensive experience in commercial leadership within major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management, contract administration, and cost control activities for the project.
• Manage variations, claims, change orders, and conduct commercial risk assessments.
• Oversee commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management processes.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations and project governance requirements.
• Mentor and guide members of the commercial team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, such as Commercial Lead, Senior Commercial Manager, or Commercial Director.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and commercial governance principles.
• Prior experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on a major mixed-use development project. The role involves leading a dedicated commercial team and collaborating with various project stakeholders.
