Role Context and Impact

This position involves both technical design and strategic leadership. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will guide junior engineers and work with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution. Responsibilities

• Formulate and update design plans to meet project scope, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Utilize digital workflows and BIM/VDC tools to enhance design quality, precision, and proposals.
• Evaluate schematic designs and construction drawings for alignment with project visions, addressing design challenges and modifications.
• Advocate for sustainable practices and durable material selection to minimize environmental impact and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, as well as Quality Assurance teams, to conduct QA/QC checks and ensure integration.
• Review design deliverables across project phases against specifications and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to electrical design solutions for construction projects.
• Experience with digital workflows and BIM/VDC tools is preferred.
