Sr Specialist Product Management

About the Role

Sehati for Information Technology Services is seeking a Sr Specialist Product Management to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to the development and improvement of product features and streams, with a focus on market analysis and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing projected annual revenue.
• Contribute to planning for the development and improvement of new product features and streams, and execute approved plans.
• Collect market data, conduct market research and analysis, gather feedback from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Institutions (HICs), and perform specialized surveys.
• Contribute to defining and improving nphies and other products/services.
• Analyze collected data to identify problems and potential solutions.
• Conduct detailed plan and benefit assessments to inform product planning and execute product specification or feature changes.
• Develop the product roadmap, features, and requirements.
• Assist in monitoring product and service performance and propose adjustments and improvements aligned with BOOT contract and Sehati objectives.
• Align stakeholders with the product vision.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product deadlines are met.
• Prepare for product releases, including go-to-market activities and release announcements.
• Participate in developing risk mitigation strategies related to HCPs and HICs resistance or capabilities concerning nphies implementation and usage.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
