Cipher is seeking a Sr. Third Party Risk Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and executing comprehensive risk assessments for third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Role Overview

The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of third-party and vendor risk management, from initial onboarding to continuous monitoring. A key aspect of this role is ensuring strict adherence to the SAMA Outsourcing Framework and other relevant financial regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute comprehensive third-party and vendor risk assessments, covering onboarding through ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure strict alignment and compliance with the SAMA Outsourcing Framework and other relevant financial regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed cybersecurity due diligence, contract reviews, and compliance monitoring across all vendor risk tiers.
• Lead remediation tracking for critical vendor findings.
• Continuously improve risk scoring frameworks and methodologies.
• Prepare, analyze, and present structured vendor risk reports for executive management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in third-party risk management, particularly within the financial sector or a highly regulated environment. A strong understanding of cybersecurity due diligence and regulatory compliance is essential.
