Cipher | سايڤر is seeking a Sr. Third Party Risk Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing and overseeing the company's third-party and vendor risk management framework, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.

Role Purpose

The Sr. Third Party Risk Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding Cipher | سايڤر by implementing robust risk assessment and compliance protocols across all third-party engagements. This involves ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly within the financial sector, and protecting the company from vendor-related vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute comprehensive third-party and vendor risk assessments, covering the entire lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure strict alignment and compliance with the SAMA Outsourcing Framework and other relevant financial regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed cybersecurity due diligence, contract reviews, and compliance monitoring across all vendor risk tiers.
• Lead remediation tracking for critical vendor findings and continuously improve risk scoring frameworks and methodologies.
• Prepare, analyze, and present structured vendor risk reports for executive management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk assessment, or a closely related field. Experience within the financial services industry, particularly with regulatory frameworks, is highly beneficial.
