The Role of Stakeholder Manager

AECOM is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing moderately complex projects, often with regional geographic footprints, multiple service lines, or specific complexities such as litigation or environmental protection. The role requires a professional who can work independently while receiving guidance on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more moderately complex projects, which may involve clients with a regional geographic footprint, multiple services from regional offices, or specific complexities like litigation or environmental protection.
• Oversee all phases of projects, from initiation to close-out, as required.
• Work primarily independently, receiving basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and potential solutions.
• Seek technical guidance for unusual or complex problems and obtain supervisory approval for proposed project plans.
• Potentially supervise senior-level engineers across various disciplines, as well as representatives in project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management or stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Experience in projects involving regional clients, multiple service lines, or specialized areas such as litigation or environmental protection is preferred.
