The Role of Store Manager

Lichi is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves managing store activities, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for daily store operations and staff management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of sales plans and improve service quality indicators.
• Work in the sales area, interacting with customers regarding product returns and defective goods.
• Provide a high level of customer service, including answering questions, assisting with product selection, and resolving conflict situations.
• Manage the opening and closing procedures for work shifts.
• Maintain cash discipline and handle encashment processes.
• Manage personnel, including distributing functional responsibilities, managing daily rosters, and conducting staff briefings and training sessions.
• Interact with mall administration and the company's headquarters.
• Implement operating procedures and ensure adherence to brand and company policies by all staff.

Qualifications and Experience
